ON-SITE & SHOP EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICES
When on-site repairs are necessary, contact us at 1-800-966-0445 so we can arrange to have one of our technicians repair your unit at your facility. However, labor for travel time will be charged when on-site repair services are requested.
Our normal operating hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding accepted Holidays.
Our over-time labor rates will apply for any hours other than our normal operating hours, as listed above.
When repairs at our shop are necessary, contact us at 1-800-966-0445 and we will make arrangements to pick your equipment up for repairs at our shop. When our delivery truck is already scheduled to be in your area, we will have our delivery truck pick up / deliver back your equipment. Otherwise, we will have one of our technicians pick up / deliver back your equipment
- however, an equipment pick-up & return fee will be charged.
